Both Mercedes and Toro Rosso yesterday announced that they will both launch their 2013 cars on February 4 with testing beginning in Jerez on the 5th.
The Mercedes W04 will be unveiled by Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg but the team are yet to confirm who will drive at the opening test.
Toro Rosso are also to launch their car at Jerez on February 4. The afternoon launch of the STR8 will be the first car designed by technical director James Key who joined the team mid way through 2012 having left Sauber.
Williams announced today that they are to launch their new car on February 19, meaning that their new car will not run until the second pre-season test.
The FW35 will debut at the Circuit de Catalunya ahead of the second test. The team will still attend the first test but will run the FW34 with some development parts for the new car.
The only teams yet to announce launch dates for their 2013 cars are Lotus, Caterham and Marussia.
